Alicia is a seasoned human resource professional with over 10 years of experience at HRMATTERS! Inc. and over 12 years in the Industry. As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, Alicia provides strategic guidance and hands-on support to clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex HR challenges with confidence.

In this role, Alicia specializes in employee relations, talent management, recruitment, and job description development. She works closely with clients to develop and implement effective HR policies and training programs, ensuring that business goals are aligned with employee needs. Known for building strong relationships, Alicia takes a proactive approach to resolving employee issues, fostering positive workplace cultures, and supporting long-term organizational success.

Alicia holds a Human Resource Certificate and a Management Development Certificate from Red River College, equipping her with the knowledge and expertise to support organizations in building productive and engaged workforces.
